About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Aexus. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for introducing innovative software technology solutions across the Benelux market.

Your primary focus will be on developing relationships with our SaaS partners and potential prospects, guiding them in identifying verticals, ICP, developing the proposition, and positioning it on the market. You will work closely with our Sales Manager and Inside Sales Support team to ensure successful sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define joint go-to-market strategies and business planning with our SaaS partners.
  • Initiate and manage multi-level sales processes, from initial contact to closure.
  • Develop relationships with our SaaS partners and potential prospects.
  • Guide our SaaS partners in identifying verticals, ICP, developing the proposition, and positioning it on the market.
Requirements
  • A completed bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a B2B full sales cycle role, preferably in the tech/SaaS space.
  • A solid understanding and familiarity of the Benelux market and business culture.
  • Experience with online prospecting and lead generation, strategic cold-calling, and deal closing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and native-like communication skills in Dutch and English (written and verbal).
  • You are goal-oriented, (sales) driven, organized, and highly motivated to succeed.
  • A creative thinker with an affinity for innovative and disruptive technology.
  • A true self-starter that can operate independently and be a trusted team member.
