Senior Reward Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Reward Specialist to join our team at Athora. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring that our employees are rewarded fairly and competitively.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with our business objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure that our compensation and benefits packages are competitive
- Design and implement employee recognition and reward programs
- Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure that our compensation and benefits strategies are aligned with our overall business goals
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations, and ensure that our compensation and benefits practices are compliant
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on senior-level roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful compensation and benefits strategies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders
