Rewards Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Rewards Specialist to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for delivering analysis, forecasting, and budgeting of people expenses, including compensation and benefits analytical support.
Key Responsibilities:- Timely and accurate reporting on Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) People Packages across Europe and Pacific Developed Markets – Operations
- Annual budgeting process for people costs (salary and salary-related costs)
- Perform regular and ad hoc analysis on HR data to identify trends and enable key people decisions making
- Provide advice and direction on the delivery of compensation initiatives and ensuring adherence to policies and processes
- Review and approve/deny job evaluations using Hay Methodology
- Salary benchmarking, salary reference setting, and market trend analysis
- Build and foster relationships with teams and colleagues across the Zone to collaborate and challenge local practice to improve ways of working
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Mathematics, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Rewards/HR-related field
- Advanced Excel user (both analyzing data with pivots/lookups and creating Excel templates for users to complete)
- Ability to partner with the business and provide financial insight
- Interest and some experience working with human capital management systems, such as Workday and related modules and software
- Familiarity with Hay Points evaluation methodology and annual survey participation (preferred)
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting
- Communication and Relationship Building skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with different team members and colleagues
- Ability to Simplify: Provide simple solutions dealing with complex challenges
- Analytical: Use data and numbers to translate complex data into a compelling narrative with simple solutions and actionable items
- Project management skills: Organized, structured, and able to bring multiple projects to a successful ending within the given timeframe
