About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Rewards Specialist to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing performance and rewards policies, processes, and tools that will have a global impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of performance and rewards policies, processes, and tools that align with our global strategy.
- Collaborate with markets to design and implement global performance management and recognition practices, compensation, and grading.
- Analyze results from benchmarking partners, business requirements, and market developments to inform our rewards strategy.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including Market Rewards, HRBP/HRMs, TA, PPS, and Managers, to ensure seamless execution of our rewards initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in the rewards function.
- Excellent analytical skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Project and stakeholder management experience.
- Knowledge of benchmarking and policy development is preferred.
- Good business acumen.
