As a Head of Desk, you will be instrumental in maintaining and improving sales performance through the training, coaching, and development of your team.
A successful candidate will be a leader who sets high standards and inspires their team to achieve outstanding results.
This is a senior leadership role within our Front Office, offering opportunities for country P&L leadership and regional directorship across our global presence.
About the Role
You will lead a sales team in developing prospects, coaching, and mentoring your team members. You will be responsible for developing their skills and helping them progress through their careers.
You will also be responsible for pitching and closing deals with prospective clients, managing customer relationships, and providing accurate forecasting of expected sales volume.
Key Responsibilities

- Have a track record of sales management within FX or other cross-border financial services.
- Have Financial Services experience, with a network an advantage.
- Possess first-class communication skills.

- Are a skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels within SME customers.
- Speak fluent Dutch.
