At Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam City Centre, we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Manager on Duty Trainee. As a key member of our front office team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in hotel operations, working closely with our Duty Managers, F&B and Rooms teams. You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay.

As a Manager on Duty Trainee, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests feel welcome and valued;
  • Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, including handling guest queries and resolving any issues that may arise;
  • Working closely with our Duty Managers to ensure the smooth operation of the front office;
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, such as updating guest records and processing payments;
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
