We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who can work closely with the UX team to review designs & copy proposals, contributing to a consistent and coherent platform.
About the role and the team
The UX team is made up of talented people from around the world who are passionate about user experience. This creates lots of chances to learn and grow.
As a Senior UX Designer, you will work on delighting our users and making their experience as unique and memorable as the objects themselves.
You'll be working in an ambitious, forward-thinking company where you'll work closely together with other UX Designers and Writers, Product Managers, Developers, and Data Scientists.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of relevant working experience, an outstanding portfolio demonstrating a variety of high-quality work and problem-solving, and a solid understanding of the user-centred design process and research method.
What you'll do
- Drive research efforts to identify user needs, help uncover key opportunities, and align them with business goals.
- Transform ideas into viable and creative solutions based on user research, data analysis, and competitive reviews.
- Create design deliverables such as user journeys and service blueprints, interaction models, design system elements, and prototypes that demonstrate desired outcomes.
- Align with multiple stakeholders, incorporating feedback early and often and encouraging a user-centred focus.
- Collaborate closely with the UX team to review designs & copy proposals, contributing to a consistent and coherent platform.
