Position Overview:
We currently have an opening for a Senior Inventory Control Operator (ICO) within our Operations team:
Your role will involve optimizing warehouse operations to ensure minimal walking distances and reduced replenishment frequency. You will be tasked with logging, investigating, dispatching, and resolving service complaints. Additionally, you will coordinate, execute, and oversee daily inventory control tasks while addressing and reporting any stock-related discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and calculate departmental KPIs
- Assess and manage data pertinent to the bin management process
- Provide analytical support related to operational activities
- Log, investigate, dispatch, and resolve service complaints within established targets
- Engage actively in inventory control projects
- Prioritize daily tasks effectively
- Identify and implement workflow improvements
- Investigate, reconcile, and report stock variances
- Manage and dispose of expiring inventory
- Investigate and correct discrepancies from sending plants
- Ensure compliance with quality guidelines during product handling
- Maintain training and certification standards
- Offer comprehensive support as needed
Qualifications:
- Educational background: MBO III level or equivalent experience
- Proficient in English (both verbal and written)
- Experience in a warehouse setting
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Strong computer skills (MS Office)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Working hours: 06:00 – 14:30 & 14:30 – 23:00
