Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand customer base
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide technical support and solutions to customers to meet their business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and optimize performance
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT channel sales or end-user sales industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and develop strategic business relationships
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Dutch (native or fluent)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and proactive approach
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
