The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Enterprise anti-virus solutions, Helpdesk ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and internal customer service skills.
- Willingness to work off-hours and weekends for projects or emergency support.
- Providing first-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
- Collaborating with Third Party Vendors to remediate complex AV issues.
- Timely communication on issue status and resolution.
- Maintaining ticket updates for all reported incidents.
- Installing, upgrading, supporting, and troubleshooting XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, and Microsoft Office 2010, Cisco Jabber, and other authorized desktop applications.
- Basic knowledge of Mac operating system for supporting Apple PC users.
- Installing, upgrading, supporting, and troubleshooting printers and computer hardware.
- Performing general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers.
- Performing remedial repairs on Desktops, laptops, printers, and other authorized peripheral equipment.
- Using diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.
- Broad experience in IT with a basic understanding of Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, Smart Devices, and Telecoms.
- This position requires flexibility and teamwork in a project-based environment.
- Providing L1 support to non-network attached printers.

- Working knowledge of Desktop Support.
- A strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and delivery of high-quality work.
- Highly goal-driven and able to work well in fast-paced environments.
