About the Role

As a Credit Risk Consultant Implementation at ABN AMRO, you will play a key role in driving impactful changes in our dynamic environment. Your expertise will be instrumental in executing large-scale projects with bank-wide implications, focusing on Credit Risk and implementation.

Your Responsibilities
  • Strategic Roadmap Creation: Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to develop comprehensive roadmaps, considering the evolving IT landscape. Translate business and regulatory requirements into actionable implementation plans.
  • Project Execution & Monitoring: Drive and oversee the execution of plans, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and representing the project in operational and steering committees. Foster collaboration across the value chain, from Business colleagues to Reporting teams, ensuring a unified understanding and consistent progress.
  • Steering Implementation Delivery Teams with solution designing of complex changes that cut across the value chain, working together with solution design and regulatory specialists in multiple fields in the value chain. You are the linking pin between design and implementation by providing guidance to questions from implementing grids and programmes.
Your Profile
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in relevant roles, preferably within large financial institutions or consulting firms, with a proven ability to manage complex projects effectively.
  • Education: University-level education or equivalent professional experience.
Your Competences
  • Project and Stakeholder Management: Excellent planning and organizational skills, with exceptional ability to manage and engage stakeholders.
  • Organizational Sensitivity: Understanding of the organization's dynamics and stakeholder needs.
  • Credit Risk knowledge: Strong background in credit risk and a solid understanding of Capital Requirements Regulation.
  • Autonomous and Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving results, also a Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical and data-Driven: Analytical mindset with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is essential.
