About the Role

A strategic business partner to our international teams and key stakeholders across the company, providing valuable insights on EMEA and APAC areas.

This senior finance role drives policy governance related to legal entity matters, internal controls processes, and timely US GAAP and statutory accounting and reporting.

Key responsibilities include integrating new EMEA and APAC ventures, businesses, and operations, as well as overseeing US GAAP Close for international legal entities and related statutory financial statements preparation and audits.

  • Lead a thought-provoking approach to business operations and growth with international teams.
  • Design and implement robust internal controls and processes to drive high-quality US GAAP and local statutory Close and financial reporting.
  • Build a scalable statutory Close and reporting process in a high-growth environment, co-leading and driving process transformation initiatives.
  • Monitor and oversee international ESG-related reporting guidance, such as CSRD, for international legal entities.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing team to meet rapid growth demands.
  • Liaise closely with external and internal auditors in executing audit plans.
  • Lead selected Controllership M&A, including process and system integration, and collaborate with key functional leaders on operational integration.
  • Support local financial operations, tax audits, and treasury teams as needed, focusing on customers billing, cash collections, payables, vendor FX hedging, and cash pooling programs.
  • Partner with the UK sales team, providing senior finance support for customer RFP submissions.
  • Support EMEA manufacturing and operational leaders on logistics and manufacturing processes as needed.
  • Support ad-hoc Controllership projects arising from rapid growth.
