About the Role:

The Enterprise Sales Director will be responsible for developing profitable sales within the Enterprise segment of the business with a specific focus on a list of named enterprise accounts. The objectives of this role are to create and maintain a high-quality working relationship with a broad range of contacts at the named accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create new opportunities for Trend Micro at these accounts and focus on replacing competitive products.
  • Work closely with the necessary Systems Integrators, resellers, and other partners to enable strategic development of your defined accounts.
  • Maintain up-to-date pipeline and forecast reporting systems.
  • Attend and present at relevant sales exhibitions and events.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis as directed by the Country Manager.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both written and spoken Dutch.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Flexible in mindset in a changing environment.
  • A strong fighting spirit to be successful in a highly competitive business.
  • A creative professional customer-focused salesman.
