Position Overview: We are in search of a talented Procurement Project and Product Lead to join our Business Technology team. This role focuses on managing the IT framework for the procurement lifecycle, emphasizing both indirect and direct procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management Duties:

  • Formulate and implement project strategies in collaboration with procurement and finance partners, outlining clear objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Direct and synchronize cross-functional teams, partnering with solution architects and business analysts to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently.
  • Identify potential risks and resolve challenges that may emerge during the procurement cycle.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, advancements, and obstacles to stakeholders.

Product Ownership Duties:

  • Serve as the main liaison for P2P-related products, establishing product vision and crafting a comprehensive product roadmap.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, managing the product backlog effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure product features align with business goals and user expectations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, solicit feedback, and refine product offerings based on insights.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate is energetic, humble, and possesses a sense of humor. You are naturally inquisitive, analytical, and skilled at leveraging rapidly evolving technology to meet business demands. You excel in a dynamic environment and are dedicated to achieving excellence. Additionally, you have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project/product management within finance/procurement or a related sector, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or retail industries, with a strong technological focus.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex project details and deriving actionable insights.
  • The ability to utilize data-driven insights to enhance procurement processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Experience with Coupa is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge business needs and technological solutions.
  • An agile mindset with a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes and driving initiatives forward.
