Job Title: Project Manager for Procurement Lifecycle

Rituals, a globally recognized brand in the beauty and wellness industry, is seeking a skilled Project Manager for Procurement Lifecycle to join our Business Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the IT landscape for the procurement lifecycle, ensuring the successful execution of procurement-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans for procurement and finance business partners, including identifying objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Mitigate risks and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the procurement process.
  • Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders regularly.
Product Owner Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for P2P-related products, defining product vision, and developing a product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements and manage the product backlog.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure product features align with business objectives and user needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, gather feedback, and iterate on product improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in project/product management within finance/procurement, or a related field within the beauty, wellness, or retail industry, with a strong technological orientation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complexity in projects and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to utilize data-driven insights to drive optimizations, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enhance procurement processes.
  • Experience with Coupa is considered advantageous for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business requirements and technological solutions.
  • Agile mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
