About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at INK Hotel Amsterdam - MGallery. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for the smooth delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes, in line with the hotel's culinary vision.
Requirements
  • Culinary degree from a reputable organization.
  • At least one year of experience in an (open) kitchen at a comparable establishment.
  • Experience in ordering, receiving, and producing fresh ingredients.
  • Availability to work both weekdays and weekends.
  • Available for 38 hours per week.
  • Flexible schedule, with the ability to work evening shifts.
  • Good skills in all cooking techniques and various cuisines.
  • Knowledge of HACCP hygiene rules.
What We Offer
  • 25 days of vacation based on a full-time contract of 38 hours per week.
  • A good salary, with a minimum of 7.5% above scale V of the collective labor agreement for the Horeca.
  • A travel allowance from 5 kilometer distance between your house and the hotel.
