Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team at KNF Verder B.V.

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for the efficient implementation of the purchasing, sales, and logistics process for the sales department.

You will work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound communications via email, phone, website, and teams
  • Preparing quotations and responding to inquiries
  • Ordering pumps and spare parts
  • FOLLOWING UP ON EXISTING CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS
  • Collaborating with customers to identify technical solutions
  • Finalizing orders and monitoring their transfer to the logistics department
  • Maintaining technical information, documentation, and price lists required for market-driven quotations
  • KEEPING CONCLUSIVE RECORDS RELATING TO SALES AND MAINTAINING RELEVANT INFORMATION IN THE CRM SYSTEM
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and trade fairs

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An MBO/HBO level of work & thinking level and a love of engineering or a technical background
  • Proactivity, ability to work well independently, and take responsibility
  • Excellent communication and commercial skills
  • A good command of both Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing
  • Meticulous and accurate work habits
  • The ambition to grow into a field sales engineer and learn the tricks of the trade
