Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team at Undutchables. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth in the Latin American and American region.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute acquisition plans to stimulate business growth, identify upsell opportunities, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with key accounts throughout the region to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Provide prompt and professional service to clients, resolving any complaints or issues in a timely manner.
  • Travel and Representation: Travel at least four times per year to visit clients, strengthening relationships and identifying new opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, including making acquisition plans and developing business.
  • Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation skills, commercial mindset, affinity with E-commerce and Business Intelligence is advantageous.
  • Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license.

Salary Range: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum (based on location and performance). This estimate includes base salary, commissions, and other benefits. We offer a competitive compensation package to attract and retain top talent.
