Global Seasoning Design Excellence Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global seasoning design excellence efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving technical leadership and innovation in seasoning functionality to optimize product performance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise to support PepsiCo Snacks globally, leveraging industry knowledge to design and optimize seasoning functionality.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive seasoning functionality program aligned with PepsiCo requirements and SOPs.
  • Serve as a key contact and establish relationships with PepsiCo Global Functionality leads and teams.
  • Focus on ingredient optimization and alternative supply qualification.
  • Support productivity and efficiency initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead global technical teams to bring knowledge and visibility to best practices in seasoning design and development.
  • Ensure IFF teams are trained on product design, equipment use, and procedures according to PepsiCo SOPs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand needs and expectations.
  • Clear communication and understanding of functionality programs for PepsiCo Snacks.
  • Act as a liaison between IFF facilities to share learnings and experiences.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Food Science and Technology or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5-10 years' experience in industrial food, ingredient, or flavor industry.
  • Ability to identify and drive business opportunities to deliver business results.
  • Instinctively creative and experimental in thinking and acting.
  • Awareness and interest in local, regional, and global news and issues.
  • Ability to work independently and be strategic in thinking in ambiguous situations.
  • Communicates a compelling and inspired vision and sense of core purpose to the customer.
  • A passion for the snacks category, developing customer partnerships/relationships, and driving growth.
