Jouw Rol

Als Customer Support Specialist ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten in de zorgsector. Je beheert klantverzoeken met betrekking tot het gebruik en de juiste werking van medische apparaten. Je biedt ondersteuning bij vragen en zorgen over het product, informeert en onderwijst klanten over de functies en veiligheid van het apparaat, en helpt bij vragen over verzending, retouren, omruilbeleid en betalingstransacties.

Wat ga je doen?
  • Klanten ondersteunen met vragen en zorgen over het gebruik van medische apparaten.
  • Klanten informeren en onderwijzen over de functies en veiligheid van de apparaten.
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij vragen over verzending, retouren, omruilbeleid en betalingstransacties.
  • Actief deelnemen aan de optimalisatie van customer support-processen.
Wie zoeken wij?

We zoeken iemand met:

  • Taal: Vloeiende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands, en goede beheersing van het Engels (C1-niveau).
  • Vaardigheden: Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden, interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en teamgeest.
  • Erfaring: Ervaring in telefonische customer support is een pluspunt.
  • Flexibiliteit: Bereidheid om naar Portugal te verhuizen en om te gaan met gevoelige informatie.
  • Mindset: Vastberadenheid om professioneel te groeien en deel uit te maken van een internationaal team.
