Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Safety Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a QHSE Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and quality of our projects, from design to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the project and tender departments in developing and implementing safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Update and maintain our management systems, ensuring they are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement QHSE campaigns to promote a culture of safety and quality within the organization.
- Participate in incident investigations, risk assessments, and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with employees from diverse backgrounds and disciplines to achieve our QHSE objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Safety Science or a related field.
- Experience in QHSE and/or safety management systems is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
