Job Mission:
The Marketplace Key Account Lead is a critical role responsible for driving the growth and success of our dedicated digital marketplace accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive brand-driven growth through marketplace channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with commercial objectives and technical requirements.
- Liaise closely with EMEA wholesale teams to ensure alignment with overall strategies.
- Work closely with merchandising teams to evaluate stock opportunities and product ranging for marketplaces.
- Produce informative daily/weekly reports on marketing and product performance.
- Provide timely and proactive analysis to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Lead the forecasting process for dedicated marketplaces.
Requirements for Success:
- Relevant experience with marketplace and/or partner program operations.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in providing actionable insights and recommendations from reports and analysis.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable communicating with senior leaders and influencing skills.
- Proactive mindset to understand available opportunities and business priorities.
