Job Mission:

The Marketplace Key Account Lead is a critical role responsible for driving the growth and success of our dedicated digital marketplace accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive brand-driven growth through marketplace channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with commercial objectives and technical requirements.
  • Liaise closely with EMEA wholesale teams to ensure alignment with overall strategies.
  • Work closely with merchandising teams to evaluate stock opportunities and product ranging for marketplaces.
  • Produce informative daily/weekly reports on marketing and product performance.
  • Provide timely and proactive analysis to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Lead the forecasting process for dedicated marketplaces.

Requirements for Success:

  • Relevant experience with marketplace and/or partner program operations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in providing actionable insights and recommendations from reports and analysis.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with senior leaders and influencing skills.
  • Proactive mindset to understand available opportunities and business priorities.
