About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced European Fulfilment Manager to lead our operations in the Netherlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our products to customers across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals in the Netherlands to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective logistics and supply chain strategies to meet customer demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product personalisation, packaging, and dispatch.
  • Manage inventory levels, stock handling, and reporting to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Provide operational support to the Customer Service team to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in a managerial role with experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Valid right to work in the Netherlands and a valid passport for travel purposes.
