Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Experience Director to lead our customer support team in Europe. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences across all banners in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer support strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead a team of customer support professionals to deliver high-quality support services
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support experiences
- Manage and optimize customer support processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement customer-centric business strategies
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
