The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Management Intern. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in hotel operations and management, with a focus on front desk management, housekeeping, food and beverage, and event planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily hotel operations, including front desk management and housekeeping.
  • Learn about hotel management and leadership, including revenue management strategies and inventory control.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Follow a vocational education or MBO/HBO degree in Hotel/Hospitality, with relevant practical experience in the direction of hotels or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and flexibly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
