Job Title: International Tour Business Manager

Job Summary:

Feld Entertainment is seeking a highly skilled International Tour Business Manager to join our team. As a key member of our global financial operations team, you will be responsible for providing financial oversight and accountability for our live entertainment shows in countries outside the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review all engagement contracts and addendums for terms and conditions of assigned engagements.
- Act as primary liaison between Feld corporate, tour, and venue for assigned engagements.
- Review and validate box office statements documenting ticket sales and distribution.
- Prepare preliminary "pre-settlement" for each engagement, covering all specific contractual provisions, expected costs, and any disputed items resolved between the parties.
- Conduct final financial settlement with the local promoter or venue for each engagement.
- Monitor actual vs budgeted costs and assist in creation of budgets for show overhead and local engagement costs.
- Administer and maintain control over local petty cash, local bank accounts, and "road checks" used to pay certain vendors on-site.
- Assist with compiling payroll information for unit employees and submit to corporate Payroll by established processing deadlines.
- Manage, control, and maintain personnel manifests for foreign tax reporting and/or withholding.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and post-engagement reports as required by company policies and procedures.
- Facilitate vendor payments by reviewing support documentation, acquiring approvals, and submitting for payment.
- Collect and monitor advance ticketing sales reports from local third-party partners and/or venues ahead of each engagement.

Requirements:

- BS/BA in accounting, finance, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and adapt in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on a broad range of financial/accounting projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills to work comfortably with people of diverse personalities, backgrounds, and cultures.
- Willingness and desire to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
- Must be able to travel internationally.
- Fluency in multiple languages is strongly preferred.
