We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team at PaymentGenes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure the highest standards of service.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior sales role, with expertise in Foreign Exchange and International Payments. They will be a natural thought leader, with a passion for coaching and mentoring others. Confidence, resilience, drive, and ambition are essential qualities for this role.

The pace of our business is fast, and we require someone who can keep up. Accountability is also crucial, as you will be responsible for your deliverables and direct reports, regardless of your location within Europe.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. We also offer a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to manage your week and stay responsible for your deliverables and direct reports from anywhere in Europe.
