About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Wafer Stage Sensor Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surface contamination and cleaning processes, as well as experience in working with wafer stage sensors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning solutions for wafer stage sensors to ensure optimal performance and lifetime.
  • Collaborate with the team architect to define solutions for cleaning sensors of future scanner platforms and upgrades.
  • Translate solutions into hardware and software specifications for scanner gas and vacuum infrastructure, sensors, metrology, and dose control.
  • Conduct offline experimental studies to refine models of contamination and cleaning of sensors.
  • Develop innovative solutions to address disturbances and ensure projected performance budgets and delivery times are met.
  • Prioritize and set goals, align and maintain an overview of joint tests agreed upon with partner projects.
  • Perform analyses and calculations to predict sensor degradation and functionality of cleaning solutions.
  • Support design by analysis, come up with test plans and perform tests to verify specifications.
  • Define and carry out experimental offline studies to refine degradation and cleaning models.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Applied Physics, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in molecular contamination control and modeling in an industrial environment.
  • Experience and knowledge of surface analysis techniques, vacuum systems, thin film processes, or EUV optics.
  • Modeling experience with Python or MATLAB.
  • Familiarity with product development in a concurrent designing process.
