About the Role

Nordson Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Technical Sales and Application Specialist. This role will be responsible for maintaining and developing cooperation with our Top Customers in the France and Benelux region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage each customer effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Develop and execute business strategies for each Top customer to secure profitable growth within the given territory
  • Perform audits of Nordson application systems, assist customers with settings and final tuning of applications
  • Utilize value selling skills to identify and promote the latest Nordson products to customer bases
  • Conduct training schools for customer personnel
  • Report all activities and customer data in CRM systems to ensure complete transparency
Requirements
  • Strong technical and sales skills with the ability to communicate with customers at all levels
  • Technical education and experience in an industrial environment (5+ years)
  • Electrician or experience from that field
  • Experience with 2pc and 3pc spray equipment is an advantage
  • Capable of working independently with a structured method of work and high efficiency
  • Team player in a multinational team
  • Language skills: fluent English and French
Travel and Equipment
  • Willingness to travel 80% (typically 1-4 day trips)
  • Company car, laptop, and cell phone
