Access Control Security Expert

We are seeking a dedicated Security Access Control Specialist to join our team in Amsterdam. As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing essential security functions onsite, including processing access control requests and maintaining security protocols.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and managing badging requests through a ticket system to ensure swift and accurate service;
- Maintaining consumable supplies for the badging system, including badges, lanyards, and holders, and ensuring they're always available;
- Issuing and tracking temporary badges, with a focus on accuracy and accountability;
- Troubleshooting devices used in the badging process and ensuring they're always in top working order;
- Collaborating closely with the Access Control Lead to keep them updated on all operational needs and potential system improvements;
- Preparing monthly reports on ticket activity, device uptime, and access control metrics, and updating process documents regularly.
About the Role:
You will join a team that supports one of the world's leading technology companies, based full-time in Amsterdam. Working closely with the Access Control Lead and Uber's security teams, you will help keep processes running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
- You have at least 1-3 years of experience in Access Control or Badging;
- You understand access control systems and are comfortable using badging software and security technologies;
- You are organized and accurate in keeping records and managing access processes;
- You communicate well and can work both independently and as part of a team, English is essential, Dutch nice to have.
