About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at DSV in Maastricht-Airport. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor warehouse processes using our warehouse management system and keep customers and internal stakeholders informed.
  • Identify disruptions and inform customers of potential delays or changes.
  • Act as the first operational contact for assigned customers and coordinate with internal colleagues from various departments.
  • Handle and escalate customer escalations.

What You Bring

  • Extensive experience in a customer service environment, preferably within logistics.
  • Strong customer orientation and involvement.
  • Knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and warehouse management systems.
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written.
