About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Houten, Netherlands. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying future leads, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Identify future leads and opportunities for business growth
  • Drive business activities onsite at resellers, working with different teams and management
  • Join sales, marketing, and pre-sales meetings at resellers
  • Communicate with vendors and sales management
  • Cooperate with Inside Sales team to support quotes, access to portals, and playbooks
  • Manage sales activities, sharing knowledge and visiting customers
  • Setup and manage recruitment and enablement campaigns using marketing and vendor programs
  • Evaluate the portfolio and approach of resellers and help them improve their pitch and results
  • Setup an education and training program, custom-made and in line with commitment and goals
Requirements
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or business development in the IT sector with a relevant degree
  • Knowledge of new technology products and solutions, as well as understanding of the Dutch market and global trends and opportunities
  • Strong communication and sales skills, comfortable with cold calling and acquisition of new clients
  • Native in Dutch and fluent in English
  • Easy to build and maintain new relationships with stakeholders and customers
