About the Role

Data2Bots, a leading IT consulting firm, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Consultant to drive sales of technical products and services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and providing expert technical guidance throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their technical requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis and consult with clients to provide customized solutions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Data2Bots' technical products, services, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve targets.
  • Work closely with the technical support and product development teams to address client feedback and improve product offerings.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and address any technical issues.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure successful implementation and usage of products.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, consulting, or a related role.
  • Must be residing in The Netherlands.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of Data2Bots' industry and products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be fluent in Dutch.
