As a Project Management Specialist, your primary focus will be...

In this position, you will lead the execution of projects aimed at developing and bringing to market exceptional scent solutions tailored for our clientele. You will provide support across various departments, including sales and scent design management, by ensuring effective planning, coordination, communication, and administrative tasks. Reporting to the strategic planner, you will be responsible for the precise and timely execution of Fabric/Home Care Value To Market projects for diverse regional and global accounts, facilitated from our Creative Center.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Grasping project goals and aiding in the communication of the sanctioned project plan to team members Ensuring the availability of all necessary resources (benchmarks, bases, oils for CI tests) at the Creative Center Overseeing and monitoring adherence to the project plan and brief parameters Coordinating the network and scheduling of projects Ensuring successful project delivery from a logistical standpoint Tracking the project from initiation to closure, with final outcomes documented in the project management system Organizing customer visits, meetings, and distributing meeting notes

Account Strategy

Cultivating an understanding of the account strategy based on Category/Region Establishing and maintaining insight into customer portfolios, activities, strategies, brands, markets, and decision-making processes Gaining knowledge of Commercial Value To Market strategies in collaboration with Sales

Knowledge Management

Assisting in updating project statuses in the project management system Contributing to knowledge management efforts within projects, accounts, and the creative center (including sharepoint)

Business Process Management & Systems

Developing a comprehensive understanding of sampling and shipping processes Navigating and utilizing IFF tools and systems to ensure information is current and meets business standards Helping to identify, develop, and share best practices

Reporting

Supporting the collection, analysis, and reporting of project data within the creative center Ensuring team awareness of the Cost to Serve; costs associated with projects and implementing actions to optimize where feasible

Required Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Proficiency in Business English; Competence in computing (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with SAP is advantageous

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), with a flexible work arrangement.
