Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Architect to join our HR Technology and Innovation team at ASML. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic capability improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and align strategic capability improvement roadmaps with stakeholders across HR and beyond.
  • Facilitate collaboration between HR Strategy Office, HR Expertise teams, and IT to prioritize transformational initiatives and secure acceptance within a roadmap that addresses key capability gaps.
  • Lead the formation of architectural guidance on improving business capabilities, including process design, roles, and organizational impact, applications, interfaces, and data and information.
  • Ensure all capability improvement solutions within HR or impacting HR are designed in line with architectural guidance.
  • Guide new initiatives from initiation to execution, ensuring all impacted parties are involved in solution direction, with a focus on aligning process, data, and systems.
  • Bring an outside-in perspective on external trends and technologies, translating them into practical opportunities for deployment at ASML, and aligning across sectors on use cases for proofs of concept.
  • Align with IT and Enterprise Architects on overarching initiatives impacting the total capability and system landscape.
  • Collaborate to build the ASML-wide enterprise architecture team, enabling the cycle of strategic improvement initiatives in support of Enterprise Management Solutions and ASML Strategy.

Requirements

  • Academic degree in Business Economics or related education.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in process management/improvement and/or technology management.
  • Experience in a multinational environment.
  • Experience in HR and Big-4 Consultancy experience for multiple clients and industries.

Context of the Position

This newly created position sits within the HR Technology and Innovation team, where data, processes, and systems come together. The incumbent will work closely with the SBPO for HR and the HR portfolio Manager, as well as all Expertise teams within HR, ABS, and IT Architects.
