Proficiency in Dutch, spoken and written, is necessary for this role.

On offer:

  • A monthly salary of € 2.800,- net, based on 40 hours per week, and a permanent contract.
  • Ongoing training budget for certifications and diplomas.

Who we are looking for:

  • A candidate with a minimum of an MBO-4 diploma.
  • Wft Basis certification.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably telephone-based.
  • Availability of at least 32 hours per week.

Job responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the point of contact for ASN Bank's clients. Your tasks will include answering various questions about our products and services, assisting with problem-solving, and contributing to service improvements.

With your strong communication skills and enthusiasm, you will ensure that each client feels heard and supported.

In summary:

  • Answering client inquiries via phone and email.
  • Assisting with resolving issues related to bank products and services.
  • Processing and registering client data.
  • Supporting clients with online banking.
  • Contributing to improving ASN Bank's customer service by suggesting process improvements.
