Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Undutchables. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Efficiently handle orders received through multiple channels, overseeing the full order management process from order entry to ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Logistics and Shipping: Coordinate the logistics of order processing, shipping, and delivery with freight partners, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Customer Communication: Act as a point of contact between customers and sales teams, providing clear and concise communication to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-departmental teams to resolve any order-related issues, improving delivery efficiency and managing backorders effectively.
  • Financial Acumen: Adhere to financial policies and procedures, contributing to ongoing process enhancements and ensuring accurate invoicing and payment processing.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Fluency in French (C1 level) and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Skills: Precision in handling and processing orders, outstanding communication and conflict-resolution abilities, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.

Please note that this is a 9-month contract position, and it is unlikely to be extended.
