The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to enhance our Sales Team. This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with our Sales Director to implement our comprehensive sales strategy across wholesale and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and sustain a pipeline of potential independent bike retail partners in the Netherlands.
  • Engage with prospective retailers through various outreach methods, including cold calling, email communication, and in-person visits to promote our products.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, effectively addressing their concerns and requests.
  • Achieve and surpass designated sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Oversee and manage key accounts and partnerships within the region.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who possess:
  • A proven history of exceptional sales achievements in a field-based role, with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in both English and Dutch.
  • A proactive and positive mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients effortlessly.
  • A genuine passion for cycling and electric mobility, along with a solid understanding of our products and market dynamics.
  • A dynamic and hands-on approach to account management.
