Role Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for executing and coordinating sales initiatives across designated regions, specifically Belgium and The Netherlands. The primary focus will be on monitoring market trends and competitor activities to achieve the established sales objectives of the Company, thereby contributing to overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and agree on a strategic sales activity plan to ensure targets are met and documented.
  • Evaluate market potential to assess the value of current and prospective clients in terms of sales opportunities.
  • Gather, analyze, and consolidate data to identify areas for intervention that will support sales target fulfillment.
  • Build, nurture, and sustain business relationships with existing and potential customer segments to drive revenue for the organization.
  • Engage with relevant accounts regularly to communicate new product offerings and promotions aimed at boosting sales and achieving targets.
  • Implement loyalty strategies to foster long-term, productive relationships with key accounts.
  • Conduct market research to assess product availability and propose new offerings to enhance sales performance.
  • Analyze competitor information to determine optimal sales strategies for increasing market share and visibility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify effective promotional sales techniques.
  • Maintain regular communication with area intermediaries to update them on new products and promotions, ensuring timely and relevant value propositions are delivered to the market.
  • Draft and coordinate contractual agreements with intermediaries to ensure customer requirements are effectively captured and aligned with company policies.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with assigned trade and corporate accounts to facilitate sales closures while adhering to corporate guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Diploma (2 years or more).
  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales within the Airline sector.
  • Must possess the legal right to work and reside in the Netherlands.
