Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to be a pivotal part of our Sales Team. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our Sales Director to implement our wholesale and retail sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential independent bike retail partners in the Netherlands.
  • Engage with independent bike retailers through various outreach methods, including cold calling, email communication, and in-person visits, to secure partnerships.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective partner organizations, addressing any challenges and requests effectively.
  • Achieve and surpass established sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Manage and support key accounts and partnerships within the Netherlands.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who possess:
  • A proven history of exceptional sales performance in a field sales capacity, with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Dutch.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • A genuine passion for cycling and e-mobility, along with a comprehensive understanding of our products and market dynamics.
  • A dynamic and hands-on approach to account management.
