Job Description

As a Business Development Manager for Legal Software Solutions, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our legal business. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective long-term relationships with international customer accounts, delivering state-of-the-art solutions to top-tier global companies.

You will work with your international client portfolio to understand how they can best deliver value to their organization using modern legal tech platform solutions. Your goal is to build and maintain a sales pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales objectives via prospecting and account management.

You will develop sales strategy for assigned accounts and successfully manage deals through the entire sales cycle. You will communicate with international customers regarding any account problems and discuss customer concerns and suggestions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate service/product terms with customers in line with guidelines
  • Report suggestions to and develop solutions with sales, order processing, and customer support team
  • May handle add-on sales for clients
  • Travel to and attend conferences, events, and customer meetings as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years working in Account Management or Sales or other equivalent experience (ideally in sales of services or software solutions)
  • Knowledge of the legal sector is a real plus
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Serving clients from our Hürth office
  • Native German Speaking
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
