About the Role

Felyx is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our moped fleet, including workshop outflow and transport operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily activities and assign tasks to team members based on skills and workload
  • Manage the workflow and allocate resources depending on company needs
  • Ensure all repairs and maintenance schedules for our moped fleet are performed on a timely manner
  • Manage the flow of transport between the service area and the workshop
  • Responsible for asset tracking, monitoring, and maintenance such as equipment, tools, batteries, and service vans
  • Manage the inventory of parts, tools, and other materials
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to ensure the successful operation of the fleet

Requirements

  • Experience in managing a workshop or fleet operations or transportation logistics
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and (native) Dutch
  • Ability to work full-time
