Senior Account Manager Buying Groups

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Samsung. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a well-managed and growing business for the Dutch market space. Your primary goal will be to drive yearly targets and long-term revenue through all market segments for Buying Groups.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for maximizing Regional sales within the Home Appliances department, according to Buying Group Key Accounts, company guidelines, and regulations.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with Buying Group customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction through strategic and tactical business planning.
- You will focus on business opportunities arising from new product introductions, end-of-life products, new retail openings, and marketing propositions.
- You will support and visit active Accounts, work out deals, and take product availability into account.
- You will make agreements and deals in consultation with the Field Sales Manager.
- You will create clear sales reports of the sales process, status, and forecast for the following period, within company rules and regulations.
- You will suggest sales actions and exceptional discounts, within marketing department rules and regulations, to promote new products with customers.
- You will work and communicate efficiently with the sales and marketing team, as well as other departments, including credit and collection, order processing, logistics, legal, extended sales force, Service, finance, and retail marketing.
- You will ensure that the additional budget of the division is spent on focused and agreed items, according to company guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in account management and business development, preferably within the consumer electronics or technology industry.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
- Good social and communication skills.
- Time management.
- Networking skills and customer-oriented thinking.
- Sales-driven and results-oriented.
- Knowledge of products and services.
- Analytic and administration skills.
- Empathy and adaptability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the Buying Groups, industry trends, and competitive landscape is preferred.
