Business Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Coordinator to support the Senior Vice President and Management Team of Business Unit Western Europe. The ideal candidate will provide high-level assistance in a busy and demanding environment, ensuring a consistently high level of service.
The Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing complex agendas, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the timely completion of tasks. They will also provide administrative support to the SVP and management team, including agenda and meeting management, travel planning, and management of visitor logistics and event arrangements.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and prioritization skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. They will also have strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex agendas and reschedule if needed
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations using PowerPoint
- Participate in management meetings and take minutes and follow up on action items
- Organize international meetings and workshops, including booking meeting rooms, travel arrangements, lunches, and ensuring smooth technical set-up
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
- Manage office operations, including mail, telephone, and visitor management
