Salary and Benefits

The estimated monthly salary for this role is around €750 net, based on a 38-hour workweek. Additionally, you will receive all travel expenses reimbursed, delicious meals in the staff canteen, free access to the fitness area, and more.

Job Description

As a Duty Manager Trainee, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, responding to their questions, complaints, and problems effectively. You will maintain good relationships with all departments, ensuring seamless communication and resolving issues promptly.

You will also be responsible for processing guest reviews, suggesting action plans to improve our services, and preparing personalized approaches for VIP guests. Your ability to surprise our guests in a creative way will be highly valued.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent command of the English language, with Dutch being a plus;
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends;
  • Independence, accuracy, critical thinking, and a sense of quality;
  • Guest-oriented approach, excellent collaboration skills, and stress resistance;
  • Prioritization of guest experience above all else.
