Department: Insights Leadership

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled professional for the role of Director of Data Insights, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in the medical communications or commercial healthcare industry. This position will report directly to the head of digital and is integral to the Adelphi in Healthcare Insights Leadership team. You will spearhead the formulation of data and insights strategies in collaboration with our accounts and business development teams, utilizing various internal and external insights platforms to enhance our medical communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the advancement of engagement insights within medical communications.
  • Establish collaborative frameworks and relationships to address the diverse and evolving needs of our agency clients.
  • Support the identification and implementation of market and audience insights, journey mapping, content strategy, omnichannel strategy, tactical planning, and measurement for medical communications and strategic publications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop data visualization dashboards.
  • Provide training, knowledge sharing, and educational resources to teams across Adelphi in Healthcare.
  • Manage your workflow effectively within agency project teams, ensuring a balanced delivery of projects utilizing both internal and external resources.
  • This is a full-time remote position, with occasional travel required.
Qualifications

Proficient understanding of digital delivery channels and media.

Experience in a creative digital setting and familiarity with omnichannel communication strategies. A proven track record of successfully executing client projects with meticulous attention to detail.

Must possess creativity and confidence in your viewpoints, with the ability to articulate your approach to agency teams.

Self-motivated, proactive, and well-organized, with a strong desire to make digital projects a key contributor to the agency's success. Adaptability and eagerness to embrace new projects in a dynamic environment with numerous tasks.
