About the RoleThis client-facing position involves managing investor inquiries, ensuring adherence to compliance standards, and contributing to attracting and retaining investors. Key Responsibilities include:

Investor Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding of new investors by ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and providing a seamless experience.
    • Inquiry Management: Address redemption requests and other client inquiries promptly, ensuring alignment with our organization's policies.
    • Compliance Oversight: Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) checks and maintain compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
    • Data Integrity: Ensure accurate and timely entry of investor data into our administration systems.
    • Process Improvement: Actively contribute to enhancing internal procedures, documenting workflows, and identifying opportunities for optimization.
    • Investor Engagement: Participate in marketing initiatives and support efforts aimed at increasing investor participation and capital growth.

QualificationsWe seek a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably with direct client interaction. Proficiency in French and English is required, with Spanish proficiency being a plus. Familiarity with AML regulations is also beneficial. Additionally, a Yellow Belt (Six Sigma) certificate is a plus. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using various IT systems and applications, possess strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service.
