Strategic Pre-Sales Leader for Continental Europe

About the Role
">As a Strategic Pre-Sales Leader for Continental Europe, you will be responsible for shaping the way companies drive and increase their business success by introducing groundbreaking SaaS solutions. You will lead a multidisciplinary Solution Engineering team to inspire customers with innovative solutions that drive outstanding benefits and ROI.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage a team of technical & value based pre-sales specialists and managers in different regions within Europe
- Develop and execute strategies to drive regional growth and alignment with customer needs
- Proactively identify customers for focused pursuits and partner with Sales leadership to drive value stories into each customer stakeholder map
- Drive the transformation of Solution Engineering activities, standardizing tools to ensure repeatable and responsive efforts
- Engage cross-functional resources pertaining to customer needs and product enhancements
- Manage hiring needs and performance of team members
Requirements
- > 15 years of experience in Pre-Sales as leader
- Proven track record of advising customers on decisions and direction with industry best practice solutions
- Good knowledge of SaaS applications and how they fit/support both Corporate IT & Business objectives
- Sales methodology knowledge, including consultative value selling
- Strong negotiation skills
- Bachelor /Master's degree or equivalent
- Fluent in English (additional European language is a plus)
- Travel within Continental Europe 30- 50% of the time
Estimated Salary: €120,000 - €180,000 per year, depending on location and experience
