The Role
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for our merchants across the globe. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support and guidance to our merchants, ensuring their successful integration, expansion, and operational excellence on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a subject matter expert on the Adyen platform, APIs, and industry-standard integration methods and best practices.
- Manage the full lifecycle of our merchants, from integration to expansion and operational excellence.
- Act as an internal product advocate, tracking product processes and contributing to the platform by feeding back feedback and issues from merchants.
- Advise merchants on best implementation practices and address specific merchant issues.
Requirements
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- You are innovative, have strong problem-solving capabilities, and can adapt to new processes and procedures quickly.
- You have affinity with internet technologies and knowledge of technical processes (SQL, HTML, JavaScript, PHP, Java, Scripting).
- You are self-driven, flexible, and can maintain high levels of productivity with minimal supervision.
- You have experience working in environments with high uncertainty and have a track record of successfully dealing with ambiguity.
- You can make quick, informed decisions under pressure and prioritize appropriately based on urgency, necessity, and internal and external requests.
