About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Manager Projects to join our team at Boskalis. As a key member of our Salvage business unit, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing business opportunities, leading tender processes, and driving commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive commercial growth and revenue
  • Lead tender processes from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners
  • Develop and manage commercial plans, including pricing strategies and risk management
  • Present proposals to clients and negotiate contracts
Requirements
  • Higher vocational or academic degree in Business Economics or a related field
  • Proven experience in project management, business development, and commercial operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations related to salvage and maritime operations
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment
